Ingredients
Meat (beef/mutton/chicken) 1 kg
Basmati Rice 4-1/2 cups or 750 grams (soaked till 20 mins)
Onions 3 or 200 gm
Yogurt 3/4 cup or 175 gm (whipped)
Green chilies 4-5 (full)
Ginger 2 tbsp (ground)
Garlic 2 tbsp (ground)
Oil/Ghee 1-1/4 cup (250 ml)
National Pulao masala 1 packet

Method
1. For boil: Take meat and 6 glass of water (4 for chicken).
2. Add Pulao masala and boil it on low flame till it gets tender (There should be 4 glass of water left till it gets tender).
3. Fry onions in oil/ghee till it becomes light brown and take out half of it.
4. Fry: Then add ginger, garlic, green chili and yogurt and fry for 5 minutes on medium flame.
5. Cook: Add stock and rice and cook it on medium flame
6. When water is about to try then cook it at full flame for 5 minutes and then 10 minutes on low flame.
7. Serve: Delicious pulao is ready.
8. Decorate it with fried onions and serve it with raita and salad.

Product Weight: 100 Grams (3.5 OZ) Storage Instructions: Keep in Cool & Dry Place Package: Box Meat Curry Masala Ingredients Ginger 15 gm Garlic 6 cloves Almond 15 gm (boiled & skinned) Coconut Powder 15 gm Oil 50 gm Onion 100 gm (chopped) Meat Curry Masala 20 gm Yogurt 120 gm Tomato Puree 60 gm Mutton 700 gm Direction 1. Grind ginger, garlic, almonds, coconut powder and little water to form paste in a grinder. 2. In a pan, heat oil and fry onions in it till light golden. 3. Add the paste in it & fry for 5 minutes. 4. Then add Meat curry masala and fry further for 2 min. 5. Add natural yogurt pouring little quantity at a time. 6. Add tomato puree, & salt to taste. 7. Stir for 3-4 min. 8. About the product:

As the name suggests, Karahi (Kadai) Chicken is prepared in the Indian wok known as ‘karahi’ in Hindi. The MDH Karahi Chicken Masala has just the right balance of spices so you can give this North Indian and Pakistani specialty the perfect, authentic taste. Karahi Chicken is prepared with paprika and has a thick gravy that goes well with naan, roti or rice.

MDH Recipe: Karahi Chicken Serves 2-3 Method 1. In a deep heavy base pan heat 60g cooking oil and fry 150g chopped onions till translucent. 2. Add 500g chicken pieces and 10-15g Karahi Chicken Masala. Fry for 10 minutes till tender. 3. Add two cups of water and cover. Cook for 20 minutes till they are soft and tender. 4. Let 1/2 cup stock remain. Then add 30g capsicum slices and 60g tomato. Stir and fry for 5 minutes. 5. Sprinkle crushed Kasoori Methi and lemon juice.

ABOUT PRODUCT
This spice mix gives lentil curries a creamy consistency and an exotic touch. Also ideal for vegetarian dishes based on legumes.
Recipe Idea: • Boil 200g Lentils (Arhar Dal) in 800ml water till tender. • Fry 80g chopped onions in 40g cooking oil till golden. • Add 100g chopped tomatoes and 15g Arhar Dal Masala. Stir for 4-5 minutes until it becomes a paste. • Take one part of boiled Dal and add to it. Mix well. • Transfer it to the remaining boiled Dal. Check seasoning. Simmer for five minutes. Dress with chopped coriander leaves and serve with Rice or Roti.
