Chicken Broast

Ingredients
Chicken 1-1/2 kg with skin or skinless (8 pieces)
Oil 3 cups for deep fry
Shan Chicken Broast Masala 1 packet

Method
1. Add chicken and ? cup water in a pan and boil chicken for 5-10 minutes.
2. Remove from heat, coat with shan chicken broast masala and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes.
3. Deep fry in hot oil until golden.
4. Serve with tomato ketchup.

Hot and Spicy Broasted Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken 1-1/2 kg with skin or skinless (8 pieces)
Potato chips ? cup (crushed)
Corn flakes ? cup
Oil 3 cups for deep fry
Shan Chicken Broast Masala 1 packet

Method
1. Add chicken and ? cup water in a pan and boil chicken for 5-10 minutes.
2. Mix shan chicken broast masala in ? cup water.
3. Mix together potato chips and corn flakes in a plate.
4. Now dip chicken pieces in masala mixture then coat in chips.
5. Deep fry in hot oil until golden.
6. Serve hot.

Bohri Fried Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken 1-1/2 kg with skin or skinless (8 pieces)
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chilli paste ? tsp
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Eggs 3 (beaten)
Oil 3 cups for deep fry

Method
1. Add chicken and ? cup water in a pan and boil chicken for 5-10 minutes.
2. Mix ginger, garlic and green chilli paste and rub onto chicken pieces.
3. Now coat chicken with shan chicken broast masala.
4. Dip in eggs and deep fry until golden from all sides.
5. Serve hot.
