The Flat Karahi set consists of five karahis, including lid, in different sizes and is made of aluminum.?The karahis are finely finished, polished and environmentally friendly produced.?In addition, the karahis are suitable for all heat sources with the exception of induction.

The karahis are easy to clean and dishwasher safe.?Dishwasher detergents often contain aggressive elements that (can) affect the aluminum.?For this reason, we recommend that you consult the packaging of your detergent before use in the dishwasher.?This way you know for sure that the product is suitable for aluminum and you prevent damage. Points to consider when using aluminum pans:

• Aluminum pans get a dark color on the inside when you boil water in them.?For that reason it is advised to only use aluminum pans for preparing meals.
• If you still want to boil water in an aluminum pan (for example to boil eggs or potatoes), it is recommended to grease the inside of the pan with oil before filling the pan with water.?That way the discoloration is less.
